Shipping Schedule:
- Monday: USPS Priority/UPS 2 Day/ UPS Next Day
- Tuesday: USPS Priority/UPS 2 Day/ UPS Next Day
- Wednesday: USPS Priority/UPS 2 Day/ UPS Next Day
- Thursday: UPS 2 Day/ UPS Next Day
- Friday: UPS Next Day
- Saturday: UPS Next Day
- Sunday: No Shipping.
Handling Time:
Our current handling time is 1 to 3 business days, but order may be held for longer:
- If temperatures in your area or our area fall outside our temperature cutoff for the chosen service. Refer to the temperature cutoff section below for details.
- During public holidays when USPS or UPS does not deliver or pick up.
Please note: UPS Next Day Air , UPS 2 Day and Priority Mail transit times are estimates. Allow an additional 1-3 days for handling. Temperature-related delays may occur, and we will hold orders until conditions are suitable for shipping.
Temperature Cutoff for Each Shipping Service:
- Above 105F: Order held until temperatures are suitable
- 90F - 105F: UPS Next Day Air (Ice pack included)
- 32F to 90F: USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2 Day, UPS Next Day Air (heat or ice pack may be included)
- 31F to 20F: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day (heat pack included)
- 19F and below: Order placed on hold until suitable temperatures
Shipping Cost and Services:
- Live Animals and Plants: Flat Rate of $15.00 for USPS Priority, $25 UPS 2 Day, $50.00 for UPS Next Day Air.
Shipping information, including tracking details, will be sent after the order ships.
Returns:
We do not accept returns for any live animals/plants in our store.

Here at PrawnLabs, we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee in the rare case your shrimp do not make their journey.
In case of DOA, follow these simple steps:
-Take clear photos of shrimp in unopened bag next to shipping label.
- Send photos via email to prawnlabs@gmail.com within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt or pick-up.
- A refund will be issued for the cost of lost shrimp only. If a replacement is requested instead of a refund, we will invoice you the shipping cost for the replacement.
- Claims due to packages being left outside for extended periods of time in extreme temperatures will be void.
- We are not responsible for shrimp lost to mail forwarding.
- Packages that are being held at the post office must be picked up within 1 day of arrival at post office or UPS location.
